Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
1. Scope of application
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed via the Auralie online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Offer & conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking on the “Buy now” button, you are placing a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email.
4. Products & Customization
Our jewelry is individually crafted according to your wishes. Please note that slight variations in color or structure from the product images are possible, as each iris is unique.
The quality of the final iris motif depends largely on the quality of the photo submitted. The blurrier or less accurate the image, the greater the deviations may be. The customer is responsible for the quality of the image material provided.
The production of an iris necklace requires the customer to provide a suitable photo of their iris. After completing the order and payment, the customer will receive instructions for uploading the photo by email. The customer is obliged to upload this photo within 90 days. If no upload is made within this period, the order is considered complete. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund of the purchase price or to subsequent production of the necklace. By placing the order, the customer expressly accepts this condition.
5. Prices & payment terms
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including statutory value added tax (if applicable) and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, Twint, bank transfer, or other payment methods offered in the shop.
6. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery is worldwide, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Custom-made products usually require 6-8 business days for production plus shipping time.
7. Right of withdrawal & returns
Switzerland: There is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, we grant a voluntary right of return in accordance with the conditions set out below.
EU: The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to standard products. However, this right does not apply to goods that are individually manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
Exclusion for personalized products: Since our jewelry is individually manufactured according to your wishes, cancellation or return is excluded once production has begun.
8. Defects & warranty
If your jewelry is damaged upon delivery or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please send us:

We will review your case immediately and, depending on the situation, arrange for a free repair or replacement delivery.
9. Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by improper handling, wear and tear, or external influences. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Data protection
Your personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of processing your order and in accordance with our privacy policy. It will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.
11. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers within the EU, the mandatory consumer protection regulations of their country of residence also apply.
