Shipping conditions
1. Production time

As each piece of jewelry is individually crafted based on your iris, production only begins once payment has been received. Production time is usually 2-3 business days. During this time, your jewelry is carefully crafted by hand and quality checked.

2. Shipping time

The delivery time consists of production time + shipping time:

🇨🇭 Switzerland: approx. 1–3 business days
🇪🇺 EU: approx. 4–8 business days
🌍 International: approx. 7–14 business days

Please note: The actual delivery time may vary slightly depending on order volume, production costs, and shipping service provider.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are included in the price.

4. Customs & import duties

For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on the destination country, which are to be borne by the buyer. Please check the relevant regulations for your country before placing your order.

5. Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email so that you can track the shipment status at any time.

6. Transport damage

Please check the goods upon receipt. If the package is damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours.
