Right of withdrawal / Returns

Each of our pieces of jewelry is unique and individually crafted with love and care from your personal iris photo. As these are custom-made and personalized items, they cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun. This applies regardless of whether the jewelry has been worn or not.

If something does go wrong 

We want you to receive your jewelry in perfect condition. If there is any damage or manufacturing defects upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt:
